I updated to Chrome OS 92 from 91 and now when I chromecast a tab or desktop to my tv the picture is garbled. I can cast videos that have the cast icon like Youtube fine. I need to cast my desktop for training purposes. I have an Acer Chrombook Spin 713 that is 13 months old, has plenty of cpu power and memory. Any ideas?

Chrome OS 92 broke my chromecast a tab or desktop

Vizio continues to offer strong-performing, reasonably priced TVs that don't quite hit true budget prices. The latest M-series of 4K TVs feature high dynamic range (HDR) support, excellent contrast, and like the P-series we reviewed earlier this year, include their own Android tablet to serve as a remote control for its Google Cast-based smart TV platform. At $1,499.99 for the 65-inch M65-D0 we tested, it's a good value in a midrange television

The M65 also comes with a simple rectangular wand remote for basic functions. It has volume and channel rockers, a Play/Pause button for any content you're watching on Google Cast, and Input, Mute, Link/Pairing, Picture Mode, Picture Size, and Power buttons.

Key for gamers, input lag is the measure of time between when a display receives a signal and the screen updates. In Calibrated mode, the M65 shows a disappointing input lag of 93ms. In Game mode, however, that number drops to an excellent 18.2ms

All connected features are accessed via the included tablet or your own mobile device using Google Cast. The TV itself effectively functions as a monitor with a Chromecast plugged into it, letting you stream content from any Google Cast-compatible app. That covers most streaming media services, including Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, Sling TV, and YouTube.

 Its value proposition is the best I've ever seen on a TV this high-performance and well-equipped, period.Series information: I performed a hands-on evaluation of the 65-inch M65-D0, but this review also applies to the other screen sizes in the series. Here's how the other sizes differ (prices current at Vizio's site as of September 15, 2016. And yes, the 55-incher is currently cheaper than the 50)

 Here's where I remind you that most other TVs at this price lack dimming entirely or use the edge-lit variety as seen on models like Samsung KS8000 and Sony X930D, and that FALD TVs from Samsung and Sony cost thousands more.The 50- and 55-inch M series have a 60Hz refresh rate panel compared with 120Hz on the larger models (Vizio claims higher numbers like "240Hz effective" and "720 clear action" but that's basically bunk). I don't think the difference between the two will be visible to most people who aren't extremely sensitive to blurring. The 60Hz sets also lack a setting to engage MEMC (motion estimation, motion compensation), a

 I prefer to use a traditional button-and-TV combination mostly by feel, without taking my eyes off the big screen. Fortunately Vizio does include a small, traditional remote that can control volume/mute, input, aspect ratio, play/pause, picture mode, pairing and power, and most of those settings can also be controlled by universal remotes like Harmony. The tablet remote is overrated but decent since there are occasional periods of time when the you would not be able to cast on tv and it may require restarting the whole process and pairing the tablet remote at TV. slightly annoying but picture quality is decent. Speakers could be better but then again you get what you pay for and Vizio is no samsung/LG or Sony. Overall decent

What I was blown away was the interactivity of what i get with google cast / smart cast that I never had before.

The short and skinny of it is with google cast/ smart cast your remotes are many now...

 It is not only 4K but it also has High Dynamic Range and Dolby Vision which basically means the picture is super crisp and detailed... The picture will not disappoint

 I downloaded the app to my wife, an my phone and my kids tablets. I basically can control my TV from any of my devices.
