Next year I'll be moving farther away from my University and I'll be in the market for an ebike, and from my research, I've narrowed it down to the Vanmoof S3 and ride1up v2. I really like the clean design of the S3, and the security features are certainly a big plus as well.

At $1,500, they start to look nice, with batteries and motors integrated into the overall aesthetic. Above $2,000 you start seeing sleek designs, advanced electronics, and a prepondera...

I prefer the VanMoof S3 in terms of looks and performance in some areas, but more importantly it seems like the company is more of a sophisticated operation than Wing at the moment. Not exactly a surprise, given that VanMoof has been around longer and seems like a far bigger company. But the S3 seems like a very large bike.

I recommend a Vanmoof S3. More pros than cons and if you're worried about theft then look no further. I still use a Kryptonite lock for added protection and for peace of mind.

Vanmoof is underpowered and won't deliver the same kind of e-bike speed and power that you're hoping for. I am also 250lbs and when I went to test ride, I wasn't very impressed. I personally think that if you can spring the money, Ariel rider X52 or the Grizzly are the best, all around, e-bikes for the money.

The next bike is the VanMoof S3, the vanmoof S3 does not have many off road capibilitys due to lack of suspension, but my dad has this bike and he has used it for nearly a year now and he absolutely loves it! I have personal used it and this bike can go 24 miles per hour. it is the perfect bike for commuters and casual riders. this bike is 2,300 dollars it can go 37 miles or 93 miles with full eco pedal assist mode.
