 Also, the unit no longer works after plugging back into a 120V outlet.  There's no obvious way to reset the surge protection, so I'd have to assume that this is a use-and-lose surge protector. Again, I can't confirm that the device actually surge protected, but i'd say it did not since it blew the main breaker.  I'll leave it at 2 stars since this worked fine as a power strip, but I wouldn't trust it as a travel device or a surge protecting device
