A good product but there were a few concerns

FIRST - YES, IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO PLUG THINGS INTO THIS SURGE PROTECTOR INITIALLY. But, there is a way to fix this. The first time plugging anything into this surge protector is very difficult. But once this initial resistance is "broken", future plug ins are very easy! I would highly recommend (before using the surge protector) plugging the item's own 3 prong cord into each outlet until that initial plug resistance is broken
