Next on cost, you know, this grill runs you about $1,000. And that's not that bad relative to some gas grills.

But yeah, I've loved this one. This is probably the best Traeger I've ever used.

I also recall Traeger causing issues for a small BBQ retailer (or may have been a chain) because they were recommending third-party pellets which is a good enough reason for me to boycott it. Biggest issue I have with my Traeger Pro 34 is the options for temperature are 180, 225, 250, 275... The 180 to 225 is a large range which is annoying when a recipe calls for 200F. However, for $50, I could get the larger Pro 34 with lots more cooking area. It was a no-brainer. Got it home, went through the initialization and cooked my first brisket this past weekend. So convenient and much more flavor.

I smoke for just me my wife and son and having a Pro 34 is nice. Not having to cram stuff in there is great.

Delivery guys did put it where I wanted them to, thanks because item is heavy. One thing I notice after unpacking is that the hopper cover have dent and slightly bent as you can see on the attached picture.

So three weeks ago I found a Traeger **Pro 34** on sale and bought it. I've wanted one for a long time but always thought there were just a little too expensive. It lasted two weeks before the auger motor died. Look things happen and I get that so I was not terribly upset.
