The unit works well but the only bad thing is the connection for a hose, you cannot use a garden hose and they do not supply you with the correct fittings! I cannot find it anywhere and it really stinks to have to keep going to your basement to dump the water when you should be able to run a hose. n...

This was purchased to replace a Kenmore of the same size. One thing to note is when emptying the full water container the handle is very fragile, care must be use when pouring the water out or for sure this will break as it is not heavy duty like the Kenmore.

So far I am loving it . Works great . Not that silent but does the job . I have it set at 50 as humid level and does not go off until the humidity reaches 60 .. makes me wonder . I have it in my room and can feel the difference already .

The dehumidifier leaked a little, when we tried using the pump, it went straight to the hose instead of filling the bucket first, which would have been acceptable, except the leaking got worse with the pump in use.

Unit is a great size for the price. Seems to be working well so far but I have only had it a couple weeks. I like that it has an actual garden hose attachment so I do not need an adaptor for the drain.

Only had for a few days now. Placed in basement. Water bucket was full the first night. I ordered one more because I do have a large entertainment basement.
