TCL Roku TV

So guys, overall I think this is an amazing Tv. It's 4k, 120, Hertz, Hdr, Roku. The screen is amazing, The build quality is really good

Now, nothing. It doesn't even show up as an option to cast to it. I'm pretty tech-savvy, so I know my way around stuff like this, yet I still have no clue what to do. I've restarted my TV, factory reset it, made sure 1000x that both my phone and TV are connected to the same network (we don't have both 2ghz and 5ghz, so that's not the issue), restarted the router and modem, even contacted TCL directly, to which they were no help.

I purchased the 75” for my home theater room. Amazon sent two guys to hand deliver it into my living room, they were courteous and careful. TCL Roku Tv. My Netflix is really slow. And when I’m watching movies I will hear audio tears and it will kind of lag and skip at some areas. I have tried different internet connections.

Picture is beautiful. This is the only positive aspect of the tv. The remote control delay is unbelievably painful. Luckily the Roku app remote solves this problem. TLDR: I bought the TV as open box. It will not connect to internet wirelessly, already factor reset, enabled ping detection, and reset router. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a TCL Roku TV (4-Series). This TV was open box from Walmart and came with the control, stands, and stand screws; it did not come with an owner manual.

The remote comes with no numbers. You have to scan to get to another channel. Subtitles comes up occasionally without any indication of why. Picture generally good with occasional color depth changes again without reason. Sound bounces with ads on local tv. Guess for what I paid....

My TCL Roku TV has never been able to get the show information for ANY of my channels. The picture is fine, but the guide is just very poorly implemented in my case.

I bought this TV for the home health aid to watch TV at my mom's apartment. The video image was good. However, I did notice that the Remote Control should be pointed directly at the TV for it to work. If the angle is not right, the TV's response is not good. I got two of these soon after I got my TCL Roku TV and use them as much as the Roku remote. Get one of these for ten bucks and you won't regret it.
