For serious eye protection, you have to bring out the big guns, and this means switching from glasses to goggles. We found the SolidWork Safety Goggles to provide the most protection while remaining quite comfortable. The thick rubber gasket provides coverage from nearly all fumes and dust and provides surprisingly good impact protection. While goggles often get foggy, even with a respirator and in a high humidity environment, the anti-fog coating SolidWork put on their lens worked quite well.
Although the rubber gasket seals out dust and is pretty comfortable, our testers found that it got quite sweaty under there because the rubber has a broad contact with skin. While dealing with the sweat issue, we also realized that it's hard to adjust the strap for tightness while you have these on, and removing them isn't very convenient when you're also wearing a hat, mask, or gloves possibly covered in something like a concrete stain. Still, these were our favorite when we needed heavy-duty protection. We recommend the SolidWork Safety Goggles for people who need serious protection from fumes, dust, and impact.

 Uh, goggles definitely do that. So these are their, um, Universal fit um eye protective safety goggles if you're looking for them. Currently they're on sale for about 19.99 I have tried them on multiple times

 But they don't work great, especially if you're dealing with a lot of sawdust. If you're dealing with insulation, it would be nice to have a better pair of safety goggles. So that's why I went with these because they really fit nicely around your face. They really conform to your face and can keep everything out of your eyes

 I mean as much as you can. It's still not fun to have to wear these, but it's smart to wear these and these definitely are more comfortable and just do a better job of protecting your eyes than the cheaper options that are out there. So if you're looking for a good pair of goggles or you know, whatever you want to call these, they're going to really fit nice around your face, keep your eyes protected and secure, then this is a a good pair you should look at. I think you know based on just from trying them on and from seeing how well they're made

Unboxing - Solidwork Safety Goggles

 Particles collect on it and it is difficult to clean. The lens plate is touted as scratchproof, and yet without actually stress testing these or exposing them to tools, they've become scratched superficially in a few locations and with one very visible scratch. The overall fit of the goggles is pretty poor without glasses and worse with them. In a situation where you want eye protection from smoke or airborne particles, these are also NOT a good solution and you're better off with swimming goggles

The seal these form on the face is not very good due to the "vented anti-fog" and is easily broken by turning your head if you even manage to get one. I will also note that the anti-fog is also oversold and doesn't work

Solid Work Safety Glasses

Strap installed incorrectly

 My only complaints are that they don’t fit over my glasses as freely as I would like. I have not the biggest frames and they still catch a little so that I have to be extra careful putting the googles on straight to not compress the glasses into my face on one side. In addition, I have to handle them gingerly while taking them off in order to not accidentally take my glasses off with the googles. I don’t necessarily fault the product as it will fit different heads and glasses combinations differently

 I used these all day on my first use with them working in a production woodshop environment in which prior to having these, I struggled with particulate irritating my eyes and even scratching a cornea. These sealed well to my face keeping even the very fine debris out and at the same time, they didn’t fog, nor did my glasses (which are typically the culprit). My only complaints are that they don’t fit over my glasses as freely as I would like. These don’t fog!

 I wear an N95 mask with another surgical mask over that. The N95 mask is supposed to fit super tight, or it cannot really protect you. If you can still smell anything when you have it on, it’s not on correctly. I have migraines and mild asthma, so life saving face crushing masks are an issue

This product seems to be quality make but is a bit too small to fit over my regular glasses as advertised. This is particularly disappointing as my regular glasses are rather small: wire rims, rectangle lenses that are only 2" wide and 1 5/8" tall. Because the product is a bit undersized, I can get them over my glasses, but this causes discomfort after 30 minutes of wear. Also, when I them off, my glasses come off with it, which is no big deal, but is indicative of how tight things are

 Still new, so I am thinking about returning. Would love to know of a comparable product that would fit better.
