Uh, this here. The Sole Fitness F-80 is a solid choice, but you also have other ones within the Sole Fitness lineup.

Might not be anything glamorous, but it definitely does the trick.

I ended up purchasing the Sole F80 after making the tough decision to cut my losses and get rid of the less-than-one-year-old Horizon treadmill and could not be happier with it (the Sole is clearly a MUCH better quality machine, requires less maintenance in terms of lubing the tread deck, etc. cannot say enough good things about it).

Sole F63, I have the F80 and it's a bit more pricey but as an avid marathon runner/triathlete it exceeded my expectation. It's good for heavier people as well.

The Sole F80 seemed like it would be a good choice at first, but it doeesn't fold flat / still takes up a ton of space when folded. Essentially this will be going in my apartment's living room, where I'll take it out when I want to run, but stow it against one of the walls when not in use. So I need it to fold flat and be easily moveable. I'm a tall guy and I really need it to be around 20x60 or larger.
