 I contacted the company and they blew it off like it was no big deal and told me there isn't much of a difference anyway and downplayed me by attempting to say all I need is the 10W. Doesn't matter. If you think and are paying for something you are not, you are clearly bending over. They offered to send me out the correct 12W version but ONLY if I return the mislabeled one in its original manufacturer's packaging with receipt and I didn't feel like waiting (plus, I really do like this charger - everything about it from it's size, to the blue LED indicator, & especially that it conceals itself perfectly under my cigarette lighter/accessory plug cap)

 People - change your reviews to get the point across and get it out there. The manufacturer is screwing you. Not sure if they actually realize it or not, but probably do based on the lackadaisical conversation I had with them. PLUS, one of the other reviewers is exactly right; if you look carefully it states it is made in China which is not where it is allegedly manufactured

Wrong Model

 I do not know if is the change in phone or car charging device, but I get no such background noise now with using this charger.

 Guess they don’t make em like they used to… I've had this in the car for a few weeks now to use with my iPhone 6 (with Apple power cord) and I have had no problems whatsoever. I have only used it with one device at a time thus far, but it works great. It is somewhat low profile, so I was worried about being able to grab it to pull it out of the port, but UI really had no issues. I would rather it be snug than loose

I use this in an older Volvo V70 wagon, which did not come with USB charging ports. While it is much faster to charge my 5" Android phone using the AC charger, this one works acceptably and is likely to be very handy on a long trip. The two USB charging ports have an attractive blue background lighting and it sits close to flush, giving the appearance that the USB ports were original equipment. I have never experienced any static or other noise while using the car's radio in AM or FM mode

An Very Attractive and Functional USB Accessory

 Doesn't pop out of the socket or anything but just loses its connection somewhere inside. Not sure if this is an issue with the car's outlet or the charger but I feel they could have made it to fit more snugly so as to avoid something like this happening. Otherwise this is the perfect car charger.
