First thing I did after a quick wash was to cook an egg. No oil, no butter, just the egg. It's pretty wild how hydrophobic the surface is. The egg almost floated above the surface. Near zero friction. Well worth the cost. Hopefully it will hold up to regular use, but I suspect it will.

I love this thing so much. I use it every day. Literally - every day. So easy to use and clean. Like any other sauce pan/skillet with exposed bolts, those are the parts that you have to make sure to clean, but other than that, food just slides like charges off OJ.

This is a quality product for sure. Made in Denmark, it has an excellent non-stick coating that's safe and very easy to clean. I allows me to cook with little or no oil. It's super easy to wash, too. I love this pan!

Great pan - - has become family favorite. hope it holds up well. My other scan pans do. Would love it in a slightly bigger size when making eggs for 3-4 people.

I have gone through a lot of “nonstick” pans, but none are as effective, and LONG LASTING, as Scan Pan. Even other high end brands that I have tried. I also have a variety of models of the scan pan, and this one is the best yet. Worth EVERY penny. I use it all the time.
