Sometimes, randomly they'll don't play any sound even though the wireless module shows it's connected to the soundbar (blue led light). Usually switching the soundbar off and on solves the problem, but sometimes I have to do it two or three times. Previously I had 9000s with the same issue and returned them to buy 9100s thinking it was the faulty kit bit it seems it's soundbar's issue.

SWA-9000S Vs SWA-9100S

Just want to share, i have a Q60T soundbar with latest firmware version and it works perfectly with the SWA-9100S/XP model code. And yes it seems a bit louder so i have set it to -3 in Rear Speaker Volume setting.

I took the chance with no real option left (no availability on the SWA-9000s series either) and they paired perfectly. Hope this helps someone else out there. I suspect anything with the Sound+ rating (2019 and up on certain models) that can pair with the SWA-8500s will work with the SWA-9100s also.

Real surround much, much better than virtual. You can look at Q600A with SWA-9100S rear speakers for a 5.1.2 setup with upfiring Atmos speakers.
