Have not experienced any of the issues discussed in the bad reviews. Picture quality is great. Built in Alexa works great except for turning it on. Multiple screen feature is even better than PIP I previously used. System is very heavy and required two people to install.

Tv is great. One connect cable supplied with system was supposed to be 5 meters. Actual length about 3meters. A 5 meter a cable is about $300 extra, if you can find anyone that can tell your which cable fits which model.
