 I can get my finger through that, so i could easily hang something right there as well as right. You know here, there's uh, oh probably six, seven, eight of them around here. Yes, i'm really looking forward to using this tent, getting it out into some snow and uh having a really good shelter out there when the weather is giving you a hard time. I'M gon na have a nice cozy shelter here a little more room and i could spend a lot more time in a two-person tent like this and survive a snowstorm as long as i get a good book and plenty of food and some water so well, hopefully That was helpful to you guys, i'm it's going to be really helpful to me to have a good winter tent

 A four pole setup means that you're gon na get really structurally a very sound tent that can handle heavy snowfall when that happens and high winds. This tint comes in at five pounds: 10 ounces, which is the minimum trail weight. Packed weight, is six pounds. Five ounces 32

 This is no mesh. This is why it is a four season tent another pocket at the top here and really generous gear loops uh. Some tents have gear loops, but they're, so tiny they're almost useless. Look at that see

 Asl2 is a 399 and that's is a pretty good price, because these four season tents can run from five six, eight hundred to a thousand bucks or more to get the true four season. Tents, i'm gon na get the rain fly on and then we're gon na do a quick tour. These clip in really easy. There are six clip points around the tent look at that and you can cinch them up little reflectors on there too

 I got ta use gear sale for 80 bucks, so can't beat it all right. That is the rei eret asl2 

 So in this version it has the window and this little hood thing, which i guess is great if you want to do a little additional venting underneath, but otherwise i would, i would probably just remove it uh. The other kind of nice feature is it has three zips. So if you want to just open it part way like that, if you can, or you can fully detach it and do a couple of different couple of different options and just tuck that away just kind of nice as well makes it a little easier to get In there uh, the other thing i like, which is kind of nice, is you have two doors while single single door? You have this mesh panel, which also zips up into a full panel, it's kind of nice and makes it more of a three season tent use. If you want to use it for that on, the inside has some decent pockets, big pocket in the back half pocket on the side, and it has this little which i'm using for bear mace at the moment

 The other thing i really liked was now. This is the 2008 version i believe in in comparison to the i think it's the 2010 or newer version. REI Arete ASL 2 Tent Review - SUB ZERO TEMPS, DRONE FLIGHTS, SHOT IN 4K!!!

 The quick adjustment on the on the vestibule here is really nice. Once you get this staked out, it will slightly loosen up and stretch on you, and so every morning you can kind of come up and make sure that it's, you know, held up tight for the next windstorm that afternoon and to take it down all the way You have to use this third zipper so that you can actually open the door. So we'll do that here and, as you can see, you can get all three zippers over to this side and out of the way there is a small mesh pocket here it keeps the door sleeve or the door sort of tucked away we're not in use again. This guy's a little bit loose just going to tighten it up and pull back, and we can do it one hand and it will lock back on the door itself, has a mesh and fabric panel, and you welcome to the inside

 You fly itself. Will attach to the tent body, instead of just being on the clips at the bottom you're, going to see a lot of other sort of mountaineering features, and that goes all the way around. It falls along the door. There'S multiple points where it fly attaches the tent body to create this a rock-solid shelter

 Is minimal - and it's just these two vents here and here, as I mentioned before, this may have slightly different features, because this is an older model. The main front door also has the mesh access and then, as well as the ability to close that mesh with an actual panel beyond having a three pull design for strength. The size of the pole and the strength of the poles are extremely done. Well, there is the pole: sleeve is mesh design here, so that you can allow a little more ventilation to flow in between the tent body and the fly a couple things that you'll see that our very similar to mountaineering is the addition of velcro

 Scoop into the tent and then out the sides. I do appreciate the double zippers so that you can add the ventilation as such. If you don't need to take the entire thing down, they do add off the vestibule, a small hook to keep the zipper holding all that load, there's also zipper or velcro along this storm flap. That covers the zipper, which is a great feature
