So all up, I think for an E Ink style tablet, this one that runs Android 11 is very good.

You managed to finish one page and turned it to the next, but wait......this is the previous page. And there is that voice again, and again, and again...... You will probably grow used to it somehow, after all, it is their **first** one. But if you are a normal customer, looking for a $800 worth reading experience, I would strongly suggest against the purchase of this device, at least for now.

The aluminum case and glass screen in theory seem like good ideas, but they add significant weight to the unit. Compare to their plastic counterparts, this aluminum/glass design is less desirable, making the unit too heavy for an e-reader. Also a no-go is the 20 seconds it takes to boot up the devic...

It's slow. My main issue is the speed of the mouse pointer, scroll, tab switching. Out of 4 modes the fastest one is Video, but that mode fills the monitor with grey dots making everything very unreadable and noisy. But even in that mode the mouse pointer speed is slower than normal and harder to control.

I've had this for about a year now, and I wanted to jot down some of my thoughts on why I like it so much. Initially I bought it as a "bigger kindle" as it can run kindle quite nicely due to android. However, I've ended up using the native PDF software a lot more than I expected. As time has gone on...
