I am a first time juicer. I thought this was a great entry level machine and was very impressed with it. However, after only one month of using it daily the Drum and Feed Chute (H3000D) broke at the end where the end cap twists into it. That was disappointing.

I really like this juicer. It was and is still working but after about 7 months the clear drum and feed chute has cracked. I am still able to use it until it fully cracks. The replacement part on their website is never in stock.

the bland for the juicing is slowly shaving off the plastic swivel part of the machine. Unsure how long this machine will last or if the plastic is being shaved off as it is juicing.

Very slow and generate lot of watse

Machine is very slow and generate lot of waste. One bunch of celery makes only 8 oz juice. For the price I got it is good. I used kohls money to buy it.
