I have 3 kids and helped them build innumerable lego sets over the years. I have never had issues with any IKEA instructions. But putting this grill together was a nightmare. (1) The free assembly never materialized. (2) They delivered it on a pallet next to my mailbox, 100 yards from my garage. (3)...

After a lot of consideration I bought a Napoleon Prestige 500 ($1600) - based on a lot of YouTube and other marketing stuff. Realized the grill has serious heat distribution issues. The grill has 1/3 - HOT, MED, Low..now I do a lot of skewer cooking and had no probs on my CharBroil or on friend's Q - some just regular no "brand" stuff!. This was insane - I'd have meat burnt at one end and undercooked at the other.

2 Months Report We grill 5 out of 7 days of the week, no matter the weather. Zucchini slices, egg plant, rotisserie leg of lamb, steak, fish, burgers, dogs - we do it all. Delivery was quick and setup was really easy. Just be careful of the sharp stainless when setting up!. Overall I love the upgrade to my outdoor grilling fort. Looks great alongside the Napoleon 500 Prestige Pro and I'm now confident I have two grills out here that will last for years and years.
