Bike is cheaply made. The brakes went out almost immediately after I got it, and the spokes snapped on the rear tire. The bike is lightweight which is a plus and it’s fast. The battery holds a charge well.

The media could not be loaded. Very convenient form of transportation. Love how fast it goes, however it doesn't do so well on rocky or bumpy terrain and recommend only taking it out on sidewalks or streets. It took a while for me to figure out how to turn on the light and no part of the instruction...

It was hard to assemble. I couldn't remove some parts because they were very tight or couldn't fasten the parts firmly. I contacted to the customer service few times ,they gave me the response soon . It took me almost one month to assemble completely , but comfortable to ride so far.

The bike came with a broken dented back fender I would have returne d if I had not already assembled the bike. Rides good and battery seems like it has a long shelf life

honestly worth it in my opinion…seats a little uncomfortable, rides fast..love it! Battery life last a good while i ride it to work and back so 30min bike ride there and back. Love the fenders they help. Battery is easy to charge. Assembly was a bit tricky but the video helped a lot.

The bike needs additional information regarding how to use. I did figure out that the two keys are for removing the battery; and the power assist works great on the hill (a florida mountain) that has separated me from the grocery stores!

Chain snapped after 2 days of ownership. Was only using bike to ride on flat streets to work. DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS as it seems MICLON are in the gutter as far as products and customer service are concerned. Avoid like the plague!
