Very difficult to close door

Considering that opening and then closing the door is the biggest function a dryer has. It shouldn't require a slam to close. Some times you have to hammer fist it to close it. The door is dented from attempting to close it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I don't care much for the heat settings. When I set it on low to knock the wrinkles out after line drying, it feels like it's on high....too hot...and there's no timer.

Not able to switch the door to open from the other side, so my laundry experience is a little awkward. Drying cycle takes much longer than expected.
