I purchased this dryer because it was a medium range price and looked like it had the features I wanted.  It has been a very good product (good value) for the last few months.  I like that it's quiet as I sometimes am finishing up my laundry before I go to bed.  I also love that I was able to buy it from Costco with free delivery and set-up and, as always, great customer service

 And this one is probably minor and silly, but my last dryer was the same height as my washer, and this one's quite a bit shorter. That one's my fault for not measuring. I guess I thought since the capacity was the same as my old one, it would be just as tall. Of course this will probably be the dryer that lasts forever, right? :) Definitely minor problems but I think they're worth knowing

I bought this a week ago and am so glad I did!  It has an extra large capacity which makes drying comforters and blankets a piece of cake. I also love I can control the amount of heat with the turn of a knob. Other advantages of this dryer are you can turn off the finished buzzer and you can tumble laundry for up to 90 extra minutes after the cycle is finished. I love this dryer!

 I use dryer balls, i put all three of these in there and it helps to dry my clothes. A lot quicker and helps to reduce electricity to save on my electricity bill.  I can't even remember what the problem was, but this next time when they come, he literally replaced everything. I think it was something with the locking mechanism now that i'm thinking about it and the locking mechanism um just kept locking the lid and what they thought was going to be an easy fix. They ended up literally fixing everything because whatever they fixed didn't work, so we pretty much leave it on heavy duty all the time i mean we are a family of five and we have a lot of clothes.  It'S the ones that people are rough on that they want to last the longest, so these are made for industrial use, are super simple on the control panel, even my husband and my 12 year old, and i'm going to teach my eight-year-old this weekend, how to do It and i tell my family, set everything to one o'clock and hit start. That'S it don't have to change it from load to load. It'S awesome, i don't know the size. Here'S my dirty laundry for you, don't know the size capacity i'll put it here, but it doesn't matter because you don't have to re-wash things
