Best supported, performant and ergonomic mouse for use with Linux?

I use a logitech mx master 2s on both linux and macos, it's wireless with both a tiny usb dongle and bluetooth, the former being lower latency then the later. it has enough buttons that you don't need to map center click onto the scroll wheels. it also has two scroll wheels.

Closing one or both laptops to go to sleep is no issue: Once woken, the laptop reactivates Flow automatically, and full functionality returns in a matter of seconds. The Logitech MX Master 2S is the perfect mouse for multitaskers and anyone who wrangles multiple computers on the same desk.

I used to have an MX master 2s and it does the same thing. I loved seeing the thing go BRRRR then that hard ZZZZHAK sound when i put back the hatch to stop the infinite scroll

Having my work laptop and my personal laptop both hooked up to the same monitorand constantly switching between computers made the keyboard a real hassle since it's bluetooth didnt support multiple devices. My Logitech MX master 2s did however and that was always super easy to switch between devices. So today I had enough of repairing and typing in the code everytime I wanted to switch computer.
