If the drying performance is poor, a possible cause might be that the appliance is overloaded with laundry. For optimal drying performance, make sure the load is below the halfway point.  its a pain waiting for the water to drain out. there is also no pre- warning to clean the lint filter. the machine will stop in mid cycle with an error code and will not let you continue until you drain all the water and clean it. that is a big problem

I do have one complaint, the design of the door that covers the laundry soap/softener container and the drain clean out is TERRIBLE!  When you flip the door open, the door is in the way so you can't put a bucket under the clean out.  If the door has to be there to make those that care about how it looks happy, put a shoot on the drain so that the water drains PAST the door.  I had to make my own.  And Yes, I do know that it has a drain hose, HOWEVER, if you have pets like I do the drain hose does not get all of the water out because the pet hair (human hair, maybe a stray tissue that was in your pocket) fills the drain filter basket and backs up and holds the water back

  So when you pull that drain out, the basket comes with it and so does the hair which causes a FLOOD of water!  This issue is NOT only because it is a washer/dryer combo, this is the design of the drain!
