The computer arrived well packed. Beautiful product. The keyboard and mouse would not communicate with system. The on screen touch keyboard would only work intermittently. Sad failure , company did agree to a return. Back it went.

Very happy with the all-in-one. Had a little problem with figuring out my app downloads and would rather have a wireless mouse, but am completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!

Overall, good Very easy to set up except the mail app doesn't work with gmail or my yahoo and I get an error every time I try to add an account, which is frustrating.

Super computer for power, speed, monitor image and affordable cost. Glad we bought two. But the cameras are bad, fuzzy and out of focus. Had to buy a webcam for it.
