Leatherman Free T4

I am enjoying the leatherman free t4 as a sak replacement. But besides that, leatherman has been working on a smaller tool that should be launching soon that may fit your needs.

Leatherman FREE T4 is a decent option. Easily deployable tools that lock that’s the same size as a SAK.

No clip, and all the tools are internal, which can be annoying, but it's a nice compact package and maximum bang for your buck. When combined with a Free T4 for pocket carry with easy access to basic screwdrivers, and scissors, you get a versatile set up.

Got this after I returned a Victorinox Huntsman for breaking my fingernails. The easy open feature is nice, but the rest not so much. Probably not really what you're looking for, but I EDC a Leatherman free T4 and love it. It has most of the tools I need without having to carry around a Wave.

I know that Leatherman is know for it's sharp blades and amazing multi tools but I'm a little disappointed. My blade already has rust on it and the scissors are already dull. I've only had it for 2 months! It's been nice to have with me on camping trips and at work.

I personally carry a Leatherman Free T2, but would probably the Leatherman Free T4 to you. This hits many of your requirements while being relatively compact in size. It has a tool selection of philips & three flathead screwdrivers, bottle opener, knife, scissors, file, tweezers, and package opener.

If you want a multi-tool but only intend to use the blade once in a blue moon, then this may be serviceable for your light EDC tasks.
