Koss KPH30i

If that's what you like you're gonna like these headphones they're they're really good.

Koss KPH30i – Good sound quality but bad build quality. Koss headphones are slightly overpriced in my country with these costing $50. For the price, they sound good though with the bass being extremely realistic while the treble suffering with even less detail than the DT880.

I compared these Koss headphones to the Status Audio CB-1s that I use daily as I consider them to be great budget headphones for the aspiring budget audiophile. While the Koss headphones have significantly more pronounced bass (especially mid-bass) I didn't find them as natural sounding as the CB-1s...

my friend’s mom really likes the koss kph30i after her son bought them. then she listened to my grado sr60e and enjoyed them so much i just gave them to her. it’s nice when good headphones can be appreciated.

there are better headphones for much cheaper elsewhere. the SHP9500/SHP9600’s are a great sub-100 pair, hell even the kph30i for casual listening. the fidelio x2hr (built to last, comfortable w/ the mesh, great sound) from there for sub-200, AKG’s for the soundstage, sennheiser has some good lineups for gaming too… beyerdynamics if you can handle the high-end / treble.

I bought these about 6 months ago as an alternative to heavier over/on ear devices which were starting to give me neck pain.
