Just not soft enough. The pad is uncomfortable after just an hour. Other than that, the texture on top and grip to the surface are fine, which is why its getting 3 stars and not 1. If the manufacturer has any advice on how to soften it, I'm all ears.

If all you want is to keep your wrist elevated, it will do that. It's awfully hard for something called "ergosoft," though. Even poking a single finger, it provides a lot of resistance. Spread it out over a whole wrist, and there's very little give.
