TV came out of the box "Dripping Colors" Called Best Buy customer support and they said bring it in to any store and they would replace. Went to store waited an hour and told to take it up with Amazon they didnt support their products bought on line.

After 15 minutes of being paused your TV will turn off. There is NO setting to stop this. Setting the screen saver to NEVER has no effect and neither does the sleep timer. It will turn off.

The sound on the TV is very low compared to others I have had. My sound system isn’t working with it and may have to get some assistance with connecting it. I wouldn’t buy this one again
