Some background- I use these shoes as a daily trainer. They're comfortable and forgiving enough to handle long runs, but light and responsive enough to tackle tempo and threshold pace runs. I love them for that (they also don't cause me awful blisters like some other shoes I've worn).

I wish they worked for me!

I really wanted these to work out for me. I have flat feet (no natural arches), and suffer from intermittent PF. I love running, and currently use mizunos, but the quality has really deteriorated. I had heard great things about Hokas and wanted to give them a try:

They are fabulous in the soul which is what I expected for Hoka's, but are a little tighter fit than my other Hokas. They are all black which is what I wanted and needed for work. Once I loosened up the shoes strings as much as comfortably possible, they will work when I wear them for an entire day.
