I waited to review this product, after one year of fairly heavy use it worked great. The pump worked excellent, I had it draining into a basement shower drain so maybe uphill a foot or so and worked great. It is a little bit loud but all dehumidifiers are. Hopefully it holds out long term but so far...

Great product. HORRIBLY packed and damaged when it arrived. I kept it because it works great but they need to ship a heavy item like this in a solid outside carton. The packing inside was destroyed and the front came dented. Luckily it worked anyway regardless of the insufficient packing.

The dehumidifying function is good. Pull lots of water out of the air. The pump function is not good. Even with pump on, the bucket still fills up in about 1-2 days. The pump seems partially working too, but it does not keep the bucket from being filled up.

This is the second unit I have purchased. The first one is fantastic. This second one not so much. It actually heats up the room and I have to turn it off from time to time UPDATE!" Pump quit working after 6 weeks.

Bought 2 mainly as they have a pump. Neither unit included the special hose for the pump that the owners guide says included. It isn't a part I can just buy off the shelf so off I go to make a custom set up.

This dehumidifier is not Energy Star rated. Many Hisense dehumidifiers are Energy Star rated but this particular model is not. Please correct the listing. This model is not listed on the energy star website.

Really consumes a lot of electricity. Cost over $100 a month to run in high humidity of lake house. Might want to look for energy star products. Works very well and pump is great/

Works fine but the auto pump goes on and only puns out a Little water every min or so. It should start pumping out when full and not stop infill it's empty

I've had this dehumidifier for two years now and everything is still working but the pump. The pump stopped working shortly after one years usage.
