Our son lived in his Halo sleepsack swaddle for the first 2 weeks of his life because he HATED being unswaddled. Those were okay, but Houdini would loosen those up easier and get his hands to his face and wake himself up, so c I much prefer the SwaddleMe because of the velcro positioning and less fabric.

Halo swaddle because the cheaper velcro ones I had bought were way too tight on his legs and didn't allow him to freely move them. A sitz bath, Tucks pads, ice pads, etc- everybody said postpartum care like that would be provided by the hospital and there would be a ton of extras... that was NOT the case for me.

Look into the Halo swaddle as well. Seems easy to use, out baby just seems to be a little tiny for it still.

I struggled with swaddling because I felt like I wasn’t doing it right and I think my babe could tell I was stressed.
