You are projected enough that you will probably want 40M US or 40J UK. Try Goddess Keira/Kayla in 40M, Elomi Cate in 40J, Elomi Morgan in 40J, and Sculptresse Chi Chi in 40J. All of these should be available on Prime Wardrobe in one color or another -- you can always return the bra and buy your preferred color if you find one that works.

You need a full cup or a balconette, plunge is making your boobs look sad because they're tumbling forward. Side support would be good to hoist things up a bit. I concur with u/MySocialAlt that Elomi Cate and Goddess Keira would be a good choice , they're both good well shaped bras with wide underwires and side support, both give a nice rounded look.

Really like the Elomi Smoothing Underwire Nursing Bra if you like wired, and the Goddess Keira Nursing Bra for unwired. I’m a 36G or H, and I really need more structure than those cheap nursing bras from Amazon.

Goddess Keira UK 36FF (top picture) cup fit seems good. Not super comfortable the wire comes too far back and the bra too far up and irritates my armpits. It fits the best but I’m self conscious of the crazy thick seams you can see through T-shirt’s. Anything that fits similar with not so crazy seams?.

Because there are very few brands that sell bras in a 42J, I went with two that seemed pretty all-inclusive of different shapes: the Elomi Cate and the Goddess Keira. All-around, they seem great. I can tell that my bra is actually supporting my boobs, instead of just sitting around the front of them and pulling at my neck & shoulders. I bought some extra of each in 42H & 42HH to see if I would notice a difference with slightly smaller cups.

I think you can find a better fit by going up a cup size, maybe, and/or trying some more brands and styles. In my size, I’ve found the best fits in Elomi (especially Morgan, which someone said is their most projected style). I also wear Elomi Cate and others plus Goddess Keira and Adelaide. Honestly, I still have trouble finding bras with enough projection that tack well, but these mentioned work pretty well, and I’m sure that you can find some that fit similarly to this bra but a bit better!.
