Was “in love” but the relationship is now “complicated”

Still, I appreciate the bevy of features, like adjustable headrests, lumbar support. Reclining is a given, but on that note, I love that's a wall hugger; only 5 inches of space needed to fully recline.

 Three steps, slide the top section rails into the bottom section, connect a few cable connections that are color coded, and slide the seats together so they latch and it is snug.  Hopefully I can answer some questions for others that I wanted to know.  1. A note for those who have just received their seats or will receive them soon and to avoid any confusion

 Other than that, a breeze: assembly was completed in minutes by watching a 3 min video on your phone as a walkthrough- they even had a sticker over the box opening for you to scan the instruction video QR code. I went out for a quick 15 min to grab a bottle of wine to celebrate our new seating and returned to find my friend relaxing on the couch!  And it is DEFINITELY relaxing! While it is true that the foot and back recliner aren't independent, you aren't laying back that far at all with your feet up - the back reclines much farther when you want to fully lie down. It was well beyond time for us to get a new couch and I wanted something that was comfortable, well-made, reclined, and had lumbar support. I looked through many options and saw connected theater seats were a great option. Realizing that a decent reclining couch with the basic options we wanted was going to be at least $1500, I bit the bullet and decided that with these options, it made sense to go a bit more upscale, especially since so few couches had the lumbar support customization we needed. Finding that we could get free Prime shipping and finance it with our Amazon card over 12 months made me realize it could be a reality

So happy I did my research and went with this theater seating and Valencia!

 My guess is most people will leave the power supply on the floor behind the chair. Since all of these DCDC switching power supplies have a fire risk (same as laptop chargers) it would be nice if they provided an elevated metal bracket under the chair that would contain a moderate power supply fault which usually melts the plastic but may cause fire if sitting on a flammable surface like carpet. I am giving the chair 5 stairs as they appear great other than this minor issue. I recommend the vendor designs a fire resistance metal bracket for power supply or customer provides a fire-resistant surface for the power supply brick like ceramic tile or metal pan if sitting on carpet

The vendor should also make these power modules available separately as they have a unique voltage and connector and might be a failure point down the road. These power bricks often fail at around 5 years plus or minus as the consumer grade capacitors MTBF (mean time to failure) is typically 3-5 years of use

 There are also some high quality cupholders that are wide enough to support most any cup and has a few extensions that you can purchase separately. There is also a pretty deep storage compartment on each arm.  My initial impressions are very good. It looks nice, feels nice, and was super easy to move up our stairs and install within minutes

 Simply snap the chair backs onto the base and plug them up. There is also a mechanical connection between the seats to keep them snug against each other.  As for comfort, these seem like very high quality leather with a reclining range that goes from normal (90 degrees) to almost horizontal (180 degrees).
