BAM! Another product from Emeril

Very easy to use, and no oily film on foods. Instructions are fairly straightforward, but missing some important observations (e.g. the 'release button' which also locks the basket) and better cooking guidelines (which are quite inadequate unless cooking the recipes provided).

This is great for small amounts of food, but certain not practical for more than 2-3. It’s is much larger than I anticipated and can’t fit in my cupboards, so much remain on the countertop.

I was trying to get a 4 quart for my boat since I have a 6 quart at home n it’s big, but this one is actually bigger than that so I have to return it
