This Inspiron replaced an older one. This Inspiron seems to disappoint because they took away the touch screen and back lit keyboard features. It’s faster than the previous one and Dell significantly upgraded it’s built in tech support.

I’m very disappointed that there is no keyboard backlight which means I have to have a light on whenever I’m just trying to check email etc. I also find the numeric keypad a little difficult-I feel it doesn’t respond to a “light” touch so am constantly having to check my figures.

PC itself is good. no complaints. The keyboard characters are hard to see in anything but full light. Need to have either a white keyboard or backlit or something to improve the visibility of the keys.
