Logitech g703 vs Mountain Makalu 67

I've recently tried the Roccat Kone Pro, Razor DeathAdder v2, Cooler master mm720, and even the Logitech MX Master 3. All of these just feel too narrow for me and are not easy for me to grip properly. DeathAdder was probably the best of these but the clicks are a bit mushy and it's a much lower profile than the g703/Makalu 67. The flare in the front kind of prevents the exact same grip being used.
