 One of the things that I really like about this flat iron is that it has a five heat setting. I can show you here if I turn it on. you can have it on the lowest setting here or you can all the way to the highest setting which is 455 Fahrenheit which is great for thick coarse hair. Ordered CS710R, but CS710NRN-310 is what arrived

 I can't pass the flat iron plates without my hair grazing the chipped parts. So I have to trash it. I loved it at first. But they focused so much on the plates quality that the other part suffered

The flat iron was perfect for a long time but now the paint on the body of the flat iron is chipping away and the plates are still like new. The issue here is that the chipping paint has created a snag attack on my hair. I can't pass the flat iron plates without my hair grazing the chipped parts. So I have to trash it

 But if you want a flat iron that you can keep for a few years this isn't the one for you.

You get what you pay for.

The flat iron is a really good iron work wonders with my hair but when I ordered it for the second time I was shown a pink maroon color like I had previously and they sent me a gray color that I DID NOT WANT!!! I would recommend this product but I would advise to go in store to make sure you get the color you want!

WRONG COLOR

 I use the iron on "25", which is hot, but doesn't fry my hair. I know a lot of people complain about that. I didn't have that problem, but the temperature can be lowered.  Here's where things get dicey

I needed to find an affordable flat iron that got the job done. I researched tourmaline and found that irons having this gets hair straighter for a longer period of time than just ceramic alone. I typed "tourmaline" into the search engine and this product came up. After ordering this product it came in the mail after 3 days which was great since I did the super saver shipping

 I actually tried it on my mother's hair and it worked great. It straightens well and it can also curl!!! It leaves hair with a great shine if you apply a little bit of the argon oil before blow drying. It heats up as fast as it said it would and the heat settings are pretty effective. I bought this flat iron because my other one died on me and I was tired of bad hair days.  Pros: easy to use, very lightweight which is good because I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Heats up very fast, and has easy to use controls. I also love the purple color but that's just me
