It is extremely durable. If you look closely there's a hot warm and cool. The hot is really hot I always keep it on this warm I don't really use the cool and I like I said, I rarely use the hot

 It does have this little button you can hold it if you want to cool the air down and then you have your off low and high. so I already have it plugged in I'll put it on low and then I'll go to high starting it low [Music] Anyway, sorry that it works really really well. It's held up for several years I've had no issues with it. It's not like too heavy, it's easy to use

   I wanted a hair dryer with multiple selections.  I have waist length hair and this hair dryer is very heavy and awkward to hold because the handle isn't long enough to hold at an angle for straight hair which means I end up changing the selections because they are in the way.  The air flow is not as powerful as my old dryer, which was the same wattage.  I've had this for 2 months and I  use it every day

 Besides that tho it is a good dryer, it reminds me of the original conair dryer (the orange one) but better. First off I like the material its softer and smoother and I like the bright yellow color it's pretty. Now the dryer is on the heavier side like the original but not too bad tho. Compared to the orange one the yellow one seemed to dry my hair a little bit faster but also left my hair smoother and with less frizz than the original tended to do to my hair

 The temps are good too, the warm is warm and the hot is hot but not too hot that u feel ur frying ur hair. I had this one dryer that left my hair so hot I couldn't took it for a bit after and even let off some smoke sometimes. The speeds are on point as well. The cold shut button u have to hold down which does kind of suck but that's how most hair dryers are so nothing new

 Conair is a good brand for affordable but good blow dryers. Some more exspensive dryers are prolly better but this is an amazing affordable choice that will last and do the job nicely. This one deff topped the original orange one for me with the final results alone.

Regarding the power: I've got type 2C or 3A curls depending on my length, and it's halved my drying time-- it now takes me only about 10 minutes to set my hair, and maybe another 5 or so to dry completely. 

 I also live in an apartment and am 99.99% sure that when I use this hair dryer at 7:30am before leaving for work, it wakes up any of my neighbors who are still asleep..

Effective but loud even to my non-sensitive ears

I had the same blow dryer for decades as I seldom blow dry my hair due to fear of damage and loving my natural curl, that being said- it’s winter time and I appreciate being dry and warmer, so I’m grateful that this hair dryer is really strong! Yesterday it blew the deodorant off the counter from feet away. 

I’m a novice with hair styling. I’m more of a shower and go, but this seems like a great helper and I’m eager to learn how to use even more of the features that it offers.

The media could not be loaded. Very powerful and has great options for low high warm cool and hot with the added cold shot button its super lightweight very shiny which is kind of a little bit of a con for me as i blow dry my hair with oils and it tends to get slippery but its very nice looking has 2 attachments another con for me was that it didn’t come with the attachment that has a comb but I sacrificed as the power on this is great and it takes me less time to blow dry my hair on wash day great buy  *4 stars just because it didn’t come with the comb attachment but otherwise 5 star product

 This one takes maybe 2 or 3. But the reason I gave it a 4 star rating is that with my longer hair, I have had trouble with the air intake area snagging my hair. Ouch. This didn't happen until my 2nd or 3rd use, so I can't return it
