If you just need a basic hair dryer without dropping a wad of cash, have a look at the Conair 1875 Pro. While this might not be our absolute favorite model, it undeniably does its job — and for an affordable price. It features multiple heat and airspeed settings and includes a single concentrating nozzle that slides on and off. 
This hair dryer doesn't dry hair as quickly as others, seemingly due to its lower maximum airflow. The interface on this model can be a little harder to use than other models we tested, and it has a shorter cord, making it less mobile. However, it's hard to argue with the price tag on this Conair, as it costs a fraction of most other options and does a decent job of drying your hair.

 It could be that now that my hair is a little bit longer, that might speed up the drawing process, but I find that the brush one tends to help me straightening out. My hair is pretty kinky so that was the components that come with the blow-dryer the normal ones and I like this one because the I just snap on like really easy, very secure and then to remove it it just comes off like that. It has like a little indicator to tell you where the where it goes. We didn't go on is easy

 Leave a comment Share this video if appropriate. I Ordered this blow dryer back in 2016 and it works perfectly except for the smashdown bristles on the brush. If I didn't use a blow dry like this, this is why my hair would look like not a pretty sight. That's it using just a pistol blower because I'm not coordinated enough to use a brush and a pistol blower

 It is much easier to use this. I Don't expect any blow-dryer to be able to get this frizz out because of the damage, but it blow dried up here very well and I'm going to put a flat out flat iron on this and it'll be fine. Not a fast dryer

This Conair 1875 Watt Full Size Pro Hair Dryer with Ionic Conditioning is lightweight, has a low noise level and dries my chin length hair quickly. The filter cap comes off easily so the filter can be cleaned. I took off one star because the cord is a bit too short. The cord should have been six inches longer

I purchased this blow dryer because my hair is pretty dry and when I blow dry it it looks like a Dandelion gone to seed lol. I was hoping it would be more shiny or smoother using this blow dryer. I had to use a short extension cord to make it long enough to use. I did not see any difference in the condition of my hair from any other blow dryer

Ok but needs some improvement

The hair dryer worked fine but after 7 months the fan got very noisy. I changed the filter dust filter often. I think it should have lasted longer!  I have upgraded the review from one star to four stars as Conair is sending me a replacement dryer under their 2 year warranty. I had to call their customer service line and wait almost half an hour but the rep was very courteous and thorough

This hairdryer is affordable and effective. My only complaint is the cord is kind of short. If the power plugs in your bathroom are far from your mirror, you might want to look into a model with a longer cord or a coiled cord that extends a bit.
