I got to admit it was a really great portable camera to bring fishing.

I wrote about why I wouldn't recommend the M50 and the same reasons apply to the mark II. Other Canons that record in 4K would be the 90D, EOS RP and the EOS R. Other ones are waaaay above your budget even used.
