It did not want to connect to my HP desktop but connected to my mac laptop but that was pointless because I need it for my desktop and then it kept jamming so I'm returning it.

Works like you'd expect. Prints well. Handles the thickness of vinyl sticker paper very well, haven't had an issue yet. Would have given 5 stars if it was wireless.

In amazon there are photographs that do not match the product received.
