The T7 has a flash hotshoe, but [it's been messed It's a great basic camera. However, the 18-55 kit lens it tends to come with won't be as versatile as the lens on an RX100 or the G7 X, so you're going to want to supplement it with additional lenses. And taht's the case both for dSLR and mirrorless.

I really like my rebel t7 that I got from ebay for around 450, maybe 530 total after buying other stuff like tripod, extra SD card, etc etc extra lens.. I returned the product since the picture quality was not worth of the camera price. But Amazon didn't refund the amount yet, though the amount is big not sure they delayed. The product was returned as it is with no damages or changes.
