We thought this would be the best thing ever.....until it has a problem. Now we cannot get a part for two months. Camp Chef offered to sale us a new one for 25% off, now would you buy a new car if it only needed tires? We are now without a Pizza oven for two month or longer. Who knows????

Doesn't get hot enough to brown

It cooks okay but even on a 40,000 btu grill I can barely get it to 450 degrees and it does't get hot enough to brown the top without burning the bottom. It needs a front door. A shelf in front would help as well.
