The Boyue devices run Android which has pros and cons, more flexible but they do suck a little more battery (still eInk screen though). Pocketbook is more akin to a Kindle. Both will read ePubs and they each have a few size options. If you're looking for a 6" replacement for your paperwhite you may want to consider the Boyue Likebook P6 and the Pocketbook Touch Lux 5.

Beware of the case that is included

It easy to use but beware of the case that comes with it. The magnet in the cover with any pressure applied while in transport will crack the screen I had it in my padded camera bag and some how it happened to me. I also can't find a place to buy a new screen for it.

Are there any e-book readers (not smartphones) that have android app support? Here in Estonia there is a paid e-book subscription service that uses an android app. I like reading books from a e-book reader (the screen is better for my eyes) but reading e-books from a smartphone just isn't for me.
