I've tried several different items in this convection oven and every time it did not cook all the way through to the middle. Although it did do great with pizza!! Nice browned, crispy crust!! So if all ya wanna make is pizza, then you'll be fine!! Anything else, I'd suggest another make/model.

I bought this toaster oven in June 2020. The oven tray started rusting a few months after, and the oven just stopped working. When it’s on the timer it gets stuck, overheats, and then shuts off. Definitely a fire risk and only lasted less than two years. Don’t buy if you need it to last.

I opened the box and opened the parts bags and found the rack had a wire that came loose from the frame. Never had a chance to use it yet because "I'm awaiting a reply about what to do. Why can't we have made in America stuff anymore?

The timer broke on this within a year, but the rest of it kept working. Not terrible quality, but not the best either. Black and Decker is not what it used to be. I would recommend paying a little more for a better quality item.

Purchased in 2020 and lasted until 08-08-22. The baking feature quit working. It does not have a preheat and ticks or clicks as it cooks. Would not get again.
