Hamilton Beach 6-slice 31411

Well, I dislike that it can not take a 13 x 9 standard pan, but I had a 10" diameter round baking pan with a grill for inside that has sides almost 2" high and that works fine. The pizza extension on the back enables this large round pan to fit with plenty of room.

Initially I liked the oven for its size - it can toast 4 slices of bread at once, and it was perfect for open face toasting of sandwiched, but I have to say that it never toasted bread very rapidly and slices always needed to be flipped half way through if an even toasting on both sides was desired....

There is nothing wrong with this toaster oven but it's not great either. The controls are very difficult to read with my old lady eyes, not enough contrast. cannot fit as much food in foil to reheat if placed on the middle rack position. must put it on the lower rack position then the food is too close to the lower heating elements.

other than the height inside, it works well.

Feels cheap and gets really hot on the counter, but does a suitable job toasting and baking. Keeps me from using the oven for small things, but sometimes crisps the edges before things are done. Wish I'd bought one that is also convection. Good for the price

We've had this toaster oven for 2 years now and it is still functioning properly. It is described as a 6 piece toaster but with most standard size pieces of bread it fits only 4.

First off this oven has really great heat control and to my findings is pretty darn close to each heat setting, kudos here for that.
