I tried 6 and 8lb. Like it better than many other monos, but is not as limp and has more memory than my favorite Berkley Trilene XL.

The green mist color monofilament line is very difficult to see in or out of the water. So far, so good.

I consider myself as close to a professional as one can get when it comes to fishing...I just don't want to ruin the experience for money but have fished all of my life...70+ years. Take my word for it...this line is the bomb. The line is supple, tough, strong and most importantly never free spools ...

Ive fished Berkely fishing line for over 25 years. Worst fishing line ever. Kinks, brittle and breaks like 2 lb test. In fact I lost 3 expensive lures just casting. Shame on Amazon for selling what appears to be knock off line. A poor imitation and no way its Berkley fishing line

Either i received clear or their "green mist" is a sham. But feels like good line, i usually use xt 6lb green and ill give this a try

*update it is a bit darker than clear line but i wouldn't consider it really green, but it is excellent line. Just as good as the XL and XT.

I use Berkley lines all the time. This line is bad. It splits and breaks easily. You know how it feels when catch a fish and line gives away. Last Saturday it was the first time I used it. It is not good. I will go back to Berkley Trilene, Vanish and others.

I put it on reel and went fishing. But I over filled the reel so it should tighten up after a few casts. I picked the birds nest out of the reel at home after two casts. I would never use it on a spinning reel for sure. Manifold for spinning.

I have used this line for several years and won't buy any other monofilament line for my spinning reels . I has very good memory for a monofilament line. Doesn't kink up and cause birds nests after for a while. Highly recommend !

I've been fishing for over 60 years and have used all types of line and reels but the one that I keep buying now is Berkley. I use the regular mono and the Vanish. You can't go wrong when you spool up with Berkley!!
