Second the Socom Elite manual also the Benchmade Anthem but some people don't count axis lock knives since you're removing all lock pressure when closing them.

Excellent knife but not small

Great blade, action and grip. A bit large for an EDC so it’s an occasional EDC for weekends and outdoor, not if you’re wearing business clothes.

One folder for a year, which would you pick?

Assuming you own these and want to do a One Knife commitment for a year, I won't recommend anything else...

Benchmade Anthem. Among the ones listed, it seems to be the most EDC appropriate (locking mechanism, size, shape considered)
