 Hi guys, today we're going to be taking a look at the Ausdom HDR 2K live streaming webcam. To be precisely, the model is the AW651. Ausdom sent this to me to check out, to test, and to make a small video about it, so let's check it out together. As you can see, I have not opened it, so let's do an unboxing and then we're going to connect it to the PC and make some tests on it

  The advertised "1080P 60fps" was tested by recording an approximately 12-second-long test video clip at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and checking its statistics with VLC. VLC media statistics say that 232 frames were displayed and 18 lost, which is a total of 250 frames in roughly 12 seconds, which amounts to somewhere between 19 and 23 frames per second.  The camera's built-in USB cable lacks the additional electrical contacts normally present in USB 3.0 and higher

NOT compatible with Mac OS X 10.10.5 (needs 10.15.7 or newer)

 I think the base is universal, so I could probably mount it to a taller tripod later if I want to stream myself painting or drawing for YouTube.  However, if you want a webcam with dual noise-canceling microphones in order to get good sound quality, this is not that webcam. There's a loud static/white noise sound that overpowers my voice in every recording I've tried to make with this device, across various recording and conferencing apps. Other reviewers have said the same thing
