AT is the safe bet, especially for acoustic, and you're right, the Presonus is getting mostly good reviews. Another mic to check out is the Audio-Technica AT2035. I've heard it's really solid for detailed sources with lots of depth like acoustic guitars. Regardless, buy from a place with a reasonable return policy; in fact, call them, talk to a specialist.
