Narrower than GT-1000s
Summary: Narrower than GT-1000s. Have more cushioning than GT-1000s. Dull looking in real life. I have been using GT-1000 6 for a few years and am happy with them. Those shoes developed holes in the fabric at the toe so I thought I'd upgrade to GT-2000. First, the shoes look way better in picture th...
I've been a decades wearer of the Asics Gel-Kayano and decided to try these out. Wow! They were noticeably softer and the motion control that I needed was also exceptional. This has the newly designed truss so maybe this change added to the comfort level. Having said that, I didn't try the latest Ka...
Lightweight Yet Supportive
I don't know how Asics designers pulled it off, but this latest generation of GT 2000 running shoes achieves a near-perfect balance between support and weight. From step one, they seemed to combine the feel and low-profile of a lightweight training shoe with the horizontal support and cushioning of ...
Much improved over previous versions!
I have owned Asics GT 2000 shoes for many years. With each new model they try to make a few changes. The new GT 2000 v10 shoes are definitely a step up from the last few models. They have a noticeably wider toe box and with the truss change they don't feel as stiff. They also feel a bit more cushion...
Great and better than N*ke
I have flat feet and these make a world of difference. Overall no pain or aches and the black ones are the coolest, the rest you can tell they are kinda the normal ugly walking shoes. These are clean and I get compliments on them, the black ones at least.
I mostly walk in these, but after some mis-steps with too-narrow toe boxes in the GT-2000 model 4, 5, 6 this model continues the improvement trend without real drawbacks. I note that the heel doesn't seem as deep as model 7 (I skipped 8 and 9) but I have thick orthotics as well. In any event, it's n...
Falling apart after 3 days
I've worn this brand for a decade or more. I am a nurse so lots of walking on flat surfaces. This shoe started to fall apart within 3 days. Perhaps quality has gone down since COVID19? No excuse for this though. Especially at this price point. I expect better for 120 dollars.
Great as advertised and high quality as expected from Asics
Everything as advertised and great colors & design!
